Peanut Pocket Bread by Kyong Weathersby/Vegan/Plant Based/Delicious

The bread is filled with peanuts that high in natural protein and very delicious! Very easy to make! PEANUT POCKET BREADS FILLING: 3/4 c chopped peanuts 3/4 c brown sugar 1 tsp coriander 1/8 tsp salt DOUGH: 1 c whole wheat flour 1 c unbleached white flour 2 T wheat germ ½ tsp salt ½ T aluminum-free baking powder 1 c hot water ¼ c vegetable oil FILLING: Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Set it aside. DOUGH: Put whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, wheat germ, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add hot water and vegetable oil into flour mixture. Mix with a spoon, then mix with hand. Divide into 12 portions. PEANUT POCKET BREADS: Make a dough into a ball, then flatten and shape into a 3 1/2“ size circle. Put 1 tablespoon of filling in the middle of the dough. Cover all around and flatten in 3” size circle. Place the bread sim side down. Place a frying pan on a medium high heat. Put vegetable oil lightly on frying pan. When pan is hot, put the pocket breads. When it is cooked, turn it over and cook both sides until nicely golden brown. Delicious!
