Total plant based burgers which is very easy to make and delicious. Gluten-free, Oil-free, no Cholesterol SOY BURGERS 1 c TVP (Textured Vegetable Proteins) 1 c boiling water ¾ c quick oats ¼ c pecan meals ¼ medium onion, chopped 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley flakes 1 tsp paprika 1 T turbinado sugar 1 T nutritional yeast flakes 2 T soy sauce, unfermented Put boiling water in TVP and let it set for few minutes. Put soaked TVP and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Place frying pan on a medium high heat. When pan is hot, add vegetable oil. Make into burger shape and place it in a hot frying pan. Cook both sides until nicely golden brown. Delicious!
