Hi guys, today we're making some super crusty bread rolls, that goes especially well with thick, creamy soups. This bread recipe will take you around 90 minutes, most of the time will be for letting the dough rest, so this isn't a difficult recipe. Please be sure to subscribe, and click on the bell icon to get notified when I release a new video. ===== PRINT RECIPE HERE ====== https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/se... ===== RECIPE ===== ---- Ingredients ----- 80ml olive oil 40g butter, soft 30g yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp caster sugar 60ml milk, lukewarm 200ml water, lukewarm 600g plain flour ---- Instructions ----- 1. Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl, and thoroughly incorporate them together. 2. Knead the dough thoroughly using either a dough mixer, or by hand. To do it by hand use a clean bench top, and knead for about 8-10 minutes. A dough mixer (e.g. a KitchenAid mixer) it should take around 3-4 minutes. 3. Once kneaded, cover the dough, and leave it aside for 20 minutes so that it can rest. 4. Prepare a large baking tray by spraying a coat of oil down, placing a sheet of baking paper, and then spraying another coat of oil on top of the baking paper. 5. Knock back the dough on a clean flat surface, and stretch it out for portioning. 6. Make pieces of dough that are 30-40g each, and hand roll them to make them into rolls. Place them on the baking tray, and let the rolls prove (allowing the dough to rest, and rise a final time before baking) for another 40 minutes. 7. Preheat an oven at 220 degrees celsius, and bake the bread rolls for 18-20 minutes. 8.
