Andrey Moraru was born in Moldova, a former Soviet Union republic. Always fascinated by body movement, martial arts and Circus performances witnessed at a young age in a State Circus, Andrey joined a Circus Studio for children at the age of 11 in his hometown Pervomaisk. He spent 4 years in there at first training in many Circus disciplines and then gradually switching mainly to handbalancing after being inspired by videos of professional Circus Artists shown to him and his fellow Circus friends and classmates by their teacher. It became his goal to become Circus performer and one way to do it was Kiev Circus School located in the Capital of Ukraine which Republic of Moldova shared border with. At the age of 15 Andrey entered Kiev State College of Circus and Variety Art. During 4 years there Andrey was taught by Vitold Kuvshinov who’s a former teacher of Europe’s most famous handbalancer Anatoliy Zalevskiy. While in Circus School, in 2002 Andrey went on to perform in Germany for the first time in Palazzo Variete with Circus Theater Bingo. In 2005, Andrey was invited to join “Le Reve” an aquatic show at “Wynn Las Vegas Hotel”. After having worked at “Le Reve” for 3 years he went ton to join other shows, one of which was a 9 month, 90 city North American tour. Andrey currently is a freelance artist excited to work on as many projects as possible. All to create more art. Claude Thomain is a very talented musician and teacher and he is recognized for the quality of his compositions. Since 1976 he directed the Accordion Orchestra of Paris (l’Orchestre d’Accordéons de Paris), which performed in numerous theatres in France. Later he returned to the Trio Mouloudji with which he remained for over 20 years. But during these years Claude never ceased writing and arranging for Orchestra’s, duets, trios and accordion solo’s. Some are well known pieces like “Shocking Waltz”, “Wandering Note”, “L'enfant Demon”, ”Notes Vagabondes etc. Claude worked together with singers like Mouloudji, Juliette Gréco and Serge Reggiani, and he also composed the Jazz music “Of the wind in the bellows”. Claude Thomain, Accordéoniste de grand talent, compositeur,a dirigé l'Orchestre d'Accordéon de Paris et a été pendant plus de 20 ans accompagnateur du chanteur MOULOUDJI. Ce qui touche le plus quand on le rencontre, c'est sa simplicité. Et c'est toute sa personnalité que l'on retrouve dans sa musique, dans ses oeuvres : des mélodies fluides qui viennent tout naturellement. ça swingue. Les rythmes jouent à nous surprendre. A découvrir si vous n'avez pas la chance de déjà connaître. Claude Thomain est reconnu pour la qualité de ses compositions, il a écrit d'innombrables pièces pour orchestre, duo, trio… et accordéon solo. Mais si le nom de Claude Thomain est connu de tous, c'est aussi parce qu'il est un compositeur joué dans le monde entier. Son catalogue, offrant un répertoire adapté à chaque niveau, est utilisé par tous les professeurs. Il contribue depuis des années à la pédagogie et l'enseignement de cet instrument. Ses arrangements et compositions pour Orchestres d'accordéons viennent compléter l'œuvre de ce compositeur indémodable.
