This egg sandwich is quick to make for those who little time to cook. It is tasty, cheap, and delicious. You probably have these simple ingredients at home. 5 eggs ( for 2 sandwiches) 2 tbs butter 2 tbs milk Salt to taste 1/4 tsp garlic seasoning Black pepper to taste 1/2 red onion (chop finely) 1/4 medium sweet pepper( chop finely) 1 Scallion (chop finely) 2 or 4 slices bread In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, scallion, sweet red pepper, and red onion.. Season with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning. Heat the butter, in a medium skillet. Pour the mixture Dip both slices of bread into the mixture. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
