Practicing Mindfulness While Cooking In this video we take the basic concepts from Mindfulness covered in previous videos, and while using our senses, we apply mindfulness to cooking. In our previous videos we talk about what mindfulness is and how to practice mindfulness. Using everyday activities to practice mindfulness can help decrease depression and anxiety. Join in on our ****MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE**** Challenge yourself to practice mindfulness at least 5 minutes a day. This can be at anytime, broken up, and by doing anything you would normally do.
