EMU3000 is the latest inter-city train in TRA (Taiwan Railways Administration), the vehicle class will be "Tze-Chiang Limited Express" after starting operations in the future. Taiwan Railways Administration is expected to introduce 50 vehicles EMU3000 trains (600 sets) from Hitachi, Japan. All trains will be manufactured from 2021 to 2024 and will arrive in Taiwan one after another.
