15 MINUTE TOTAL ABS BLASTER WORKOUT AT HOME // Today we are going to do a total abs workout. This abs blaster session will fry your tummy muscles and burn them up. We start off with some mountain climbers and plank jacks, followed by some side planks with leg abduction. Keep your core tight and squeeze your glutes on the side planks, making a nice star shape. Moving on to some plank to pike jumps, keep these dynamic but controlled and always protect your back. Some hybrids follow and focus on really engaging your core and keeping your back in a neutral position. On to some low spiderman planks and these will hit your obliques, followed by some side planks with a hip touch and rotation. Froggers are up next, followed by a mountain climber and plank jack combo. Then onto your back to draw some full circles and really hit deep into your core. The scissor exercise will really get your obliques working and then we finish up with some flutter kicks and leg abductions. This is a total abs workout at home and a great abs workout.
