You might recall a couple of weeks back that we did the Misto Quente from Brazil. It was basically a grilled ham and cheese. Lest you think all Brazilian sandwiches are just as straightforward, may I present the Carne Louca which translates to “crazy beef.” I search for Brazilian blogs with recipes but each time Google trasnlated the site into something not quite useful.
