Stuffed potatoes: the delicious and really simple recipe to make!

INGREDIENTS 5 potatoes 400g of minced meat Salt Pepper Parsley 1 egg 15g (2 tbsp) of breadcrumbs Extra virgin olive oil 200g of cheese METHOD 1. Add the potatoes into the pot with water and run to a boil. Let them boil for 30 minutes. Then remove from the water and set aside to cool. 2. In a bowl with minced meat add the salt, pepper, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs and mix all together well. 3. When the potatoes are cooled cut them in half and remove the inner part. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and por the olive oil on top. 4. Add cheese cubes to each potato half and close with meat. Pour olive oil on top and cover with grated cheese. 5.
