Let me share Love, a pep talk, a mini meditation for you. I am here to be a friend on the path. Plus a growing playlist link below to help you on your journey in life. So much Love to you The most helpful thing we can do is return to God’s light within us then bring love, kindness, and care into the world. And I get it: So much in the outer world is set up to make us feel afraid, insecure, weak, and “less than.” But here’s what I believe and what I’m here to help you remember: ✨ You are sacred. ✨ You are divine and you are human. ✨ You are held by the Divine, even when you can’t feel it. And remembering the Light of God within us and all around us may be the most helpful thing we can do not just so we can handle what’s happening out there… but so we can show up and be of good: to bring love, kindness, care, courage, and steadiness into the world.
