This is a 10 min lower abs workout with ankle weights. But feel free to do this one without ankle weights as well, in the video we show you how you can do the exercises both with and without them. That's the great thing about being in two 😂👯♀️ We only have 13 exercises, 45s each, no repeats! So give it your all. We tried to combine just a few but super hard ab exercises, so you maximize your time and make it super effective.
