Don't miss out on achieving your fitness goals! This workout can be done in less than 15 min. when you're short on time AND you can still build (not just maintain) muscle, cardiovascular endurance, and functional ability (ability to do activities of daily life effectively)! You'll need your body weight as resistance, some sort of ledge (a high step/porch/chair), a jump rope if you want to use it on the cardio sections, and something to cushion your body when you're lying on the floor. If you do the workout with me, I'll provide the timer; otherwise, you'll need something to time you for one minute (even looking at a clock will be okay). There are 6 body weight exercises that use the major muscles of the body and six 1-minute segments of cardio, where I personally jump rope. If you do this one time through, even with a few minutes of warm-up, you'll be done in 12-15 min. I did it 3 times through, and was still done in around 38 min. I'll list the equipment I use below, along with links, in case you're looking for something similar. I'll also list the workout, in case you want to do it on your own.
