The Green Mountain Flyer (often shortened to "The Flyer") is a detachable quad located at Jay Peak. The Flyer brings riders up from the Tramside Base Area to nearly the top of the resort. This lift gives access to most of the trails at Jay except for the Jet pod and a few trails from the top of the Tram. This lift is often nicknamed "The Freezer" due to the cold temperatures and high winds that are often experienced on the lift. Jay Peak is a resort located in Jay, Vermont. It is known for its sick powder days, and also for being very windy and icy at times. It is known by expert skiers for being home to some of the best glades in the East!
