One of the many things my family loves to eat is Thai Food. At kapag sinabing Thai food, hindi mawawala sa order ang Khao Kluk Kapi or Bagoong Rice. Eh medyo mahal iyan sa mgaThai restaurants, kaya magastos, di ba? Kaya naman I decided to share to you all, just how easy this dish is to make. Para next time na mag crave kayo, hindi na kailangang gumastos pa ng mahal. You can easily cook this in your own kitchen. Thai Bagoong Fried Rice Ingredients: 1 piece egg, beaten 1 cup pork, pork belly strips 1 table spoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons oil 2-3 tablespoons thai shrimp paste 4 cups day-old rice Shallots, sliced thinly Peanuts, coarsely chopped Coriander, chopped Siling labuyo, chopped Procedure: 1.In a small saucepan, boil together pork belly, soy sauce and sugar until thick. Take off pot. Fry some more in a sautè pan to brown and toast. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add Thai shrimp paste and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Add rice. Cook until rice is warmed and everything has been incorporated well. 3.Pour beaten egg into a large nonstick skillet, creating a thin layer. Cook egg as you would a crepe. Roll and cut into strips. Set aside. 4. Put rice in a bowl or plate and place the egg strips, pork belly, shallots and green mango. Sprinkle coriander, peanuts and chili slices on top. Enjoy!
