Yesterday, I challenged myself to make a Scotch Pie — and it was unbelievably delicious. I was truly moved. And that same Scottish viewer came back again yesterday. I was honestly so touched. My heart felt completely full. After the live ended, I suddenly realized something. If I keep challenging myself to cook dishes from all around the world, and connect with people through food… that would be truly joyful. My cooking might not look authentic. It might not taste exactly like the original. So one day, I want to travel and taste the real thing in its home country. And then come back and share that excitement with all of you.
