Kacchi haldi ko peel karein aur chop karein. 2. Pyaz, adrak, aur hari mirch ko chop karein. 3. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur pyaz, adrak, aur hari mirch ko sauté karein. 4. Dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, aur namak ko pan mein daalein aur achhi tarah mix karein. 5. Kacchi haldi ko pan mein daalein aur 5-7 minute tak sauté karein. 6.
