This is a Total Body hockey-specific strength workout that utilizes supersets and a "finisher" tri-plex to create strength and balance in the body while breaking up muscular adhesions and improving the movement patterns that are most often used out on the ice. Due to the volume and intensity of this session, we recommend that this be your only hockey workout for the day (not including mobility and skill work).
