These include things like pallets put on forklift forks or boom lifts (poorly secured I might add!), standing in loader buckets and more. It seems the methods to hasten our own injury or worse, death, are only bound by our imaginations! Use of improper man-lifts or working at heights processes are dangerous, reckless and well, stupid! It needs to stop. In this video toolbox talk let's look at why it is unsafe and why it needs to stop.
