Webinar 2: Key pillars of the draft WHO/UNICEF 2026-2030 Strategy, and inspiring country examples

This recording features the second webinar in the series Future-Proofing Child and Adolescent Health in Europe and Central Asia, co-hosted by the WHO Regional Office for Europe, UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (ECARO), and the International Step by Step Association (ISSA). Held on 10 July 2025, the session offered a comprehensive look at the forthcoming WHO/UNICEF Strategy for Child and Adolescent Health and Well-being (2026–2030)—a bold regional roadmap developed to address stagnating health outcomes, rising inequities, and emerging threats such as climate change and the long-term impacts of COVID-19. Participants were guided through an interactive overview of the Strategy’s vision, five priority action areas, and key actions, presented by experts from WHO and UNICEF.
