Webinar 3: Towards the implementation of the forthcoming WHO/UNICEF Strategy on Child and Adolescent Health and Well-being (2026-2030), with inspiring examples of youth participation This is the third webinar in the Future-Proofing Child and Adolescent Health in Europe and Central Asia series, focused on the implementation of the draft forthcoming WHO and UNICEF Strategy on Child and Adolescent Health and Well-being (2026–2030). The session explores national experiences in adapting and institutionalising the WHO Pocket Book of Primary Health Care for Children and Adolescents, and reflects on its relevance, uptake, and sustainability across the region. The second half of the webinar highlights the importance of youth participation in policy implementation, with contributions from government and youth representatives in Kazakhstan and Cyprus. Presentations demonstrate the value of including adolescents and young people in the design, implementation, and evaluation of services to ensure they are responsive and community-driven.
