This 25-minute Stretch & Chill yoga class is designed to help you properly unwind at the end of the day — releasing tension from your body while giving your nervous system space to settle. We’ll move through some of my favourite feel-good poses, including gentle twists, hip openers, lizard, and wide-leg forward fold, to ease tight hips, legs, and lower back after a long day. The class finishes with a short, calming belly-breathing practice to help your body downshift and leave you feeling more relaxed and at ease. This is a longer, slower practice — perfect when you want to: • Release built-up tension from the day • Stretch tired hips, legs, and back • Unwind without rushing • Feel calmer in your body before the evening continues Ideal for evenings, after work, or anytime you want a deeper unwind that still feels gentle and supportive.
