Peek Acuity Pro is a clinically validated vision test that allows anyone to measure visual acuity, one of the components of vision. It is designed by eye care professionals to help identify people who need further examination, such as by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. Peek Acuity Pro generates visual acuity scores accurately, rapidly and reliably from the test. Scores are provided in each of the standard units of Snellen (both metric (6/6) and imperial (20/20) values) and LogMAR (0.0). It also includes a new visual representation that allows you to explain scores to patients and caregivers. In trials Peek Acuity Pro was shown to be most effective in adults and children from the age of 6 years old, but can also be used on younger children. Peek Acuity Pro is registered in the EU as a Class 1 medical device. It is currently available in English. Localisation to other languages and jurisdictions will be available soon.
