In this video I continue to introduce people to stick mobility. This is a form of exercise that can be done at home, in the gym or anywhere else. You can do these exercises alone or with other people. Exercises are generally aimed at all people but you should take care not to exceed your ability; routines will become easier with experience. If you have specific medical problems, you should always consult your doctor before engaging in strenuous physical activity. Any straight stick is suitable for these sessions and there is no need to buy expensive equipment. You will see that I often use a simple broom handle.
