Struggling with anger when your child is pushing buttons you didn't know existed? Are you exhausted from years of sleep deprivation? Do you struggle with your child's own anger issues when they are tired and unable to regulate their own emotions? You are not alone. This video may be quite triggering and emotive for those who have been suffering in silence, for those that have never experienced getting angry at your child when they are hitting and kicking you at bedtime and refusing to go to sleep, this video is not for you. Sleep deprivation is deemed fine to talk about, and in some cases, it can be seen to be a competition of who has had the least sleep, but sleep deprivation is no joke. Unfortunately, with sleep deprivation, comes other issues that effect us both mentally and physically. It can ruin relationships and leave us with severe mum guilt and feeling like a failure for not being able to do the whole gentle parenting thing all the time. We need to start talking about the others effects of sleep deprivation such as mum rage in order to help people feel it is OK to ask for help. This was a very emotional and personal video for me to put together, but it does come with some helpful strategies to help you if you are struggling, and it also explains the why behind why you may be effected. If you get to the end and feel you want support to help both you and your little one, please head to www.baby2sleep.co.uk and check out my online courses or one to one support. You do not have to go through this alone. You can read the article in the Mail Online here https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/ar... Something that can really help is understanding what is going on in your little ones brain. You may even relate yourself. You can watch the first module of the Toddler2Child Sleep and Behaviour Course for free and it covers the brain. You can watch it here. https://mycpdgroup.com/courses/toddle...
