Why you'll love them: ✅ Super crispy texture ✅ Dairy-free and refined sugar-free ✅ Perfect for meal prep 🥣 INGREDIENTS: 3 tbsp (45g) Coconut Oil (or melted butter). 3 tbsp (45g) Coconut Sugar (or panela). 1 3/4 cups (200g) Oat Flour (or your favorite flour mix). 1 tsp Baking Powder + a pinch of Salt. 3-4 tbsp Dairy-free Milk (add gradually until the dough is soft). Optional: A handful of chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips. Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to create your desired shapes Bake: Place on a tray and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
