Take puff paste dough to flatten it into a disk shape and spread in pie pan and add walnut mixture on top of the pie pan. Brush the outer crust with egg and bake it in the oven for 30mins at 180degrees to serve. Lehsan ka Achaar Ingredients: Garlic 250 gram Green Chilies 1 cup Oil 1 cup Vinegar 1 cup Salt 2 tbsp Apple vinegar 1cup Cumin 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp Onion Seeds 1 tbsp Method: Fry garlic in hot oil, when garlic is slightly brown, add salt, cumin, onion seeds, fennel seeds and green chilies, fry for another 1 minute.
