Perfect recipes for special occasions, tea-time treats, or simply when you want to wow your guests! 👩‍🍳 Host: Shireen Anwar 👨‍🍳 Guest Chef: Naeem 📺 Show: Masala Mornings 📍 Only on Masala TV Chocolate Burger Buns Chocolate Sponge Ingredients: Sugar 120 grams Eggs 4 Flour 100 grams Cocoa powder 20 grams Milk powder 10 grams Vanilla or chocolate essence as required Other ingredients: Pistachio sauce as required White sauce as required Method: Make a chocolate sponge batter and fill it in a round mold and bake at 170c for 25 minutes. Now first add pistachio sauce on the bottom. Then make a piece of pistachio and place it on it. Make pieces of white sauce on top of it and place it in such a way that it becomes like a burger. Mango Three Milk Cake Ingredients: Eggs 4 Sugar 120 grams Flour 120 grams Oil 40 grams Milk powder 40 grams Baking powder 3 pinches For Filling: Fresh milk 150 grams Evaporated milk 200 grams Condensed milk 200 grams Mango puree 150 grams Method: First mix eggs and sugar and make it fluffy. Now add a little oil to it and mix it for two seconds. Then add all the dry ingredients and bake it in a 7-inch mold and take it out. After cooling a little, mix all the ingredients of the filling and fill it.
