In this video Chrissy teaches you how to make 2 delicious Jalapeno Poppers. These delicious appetizers will make a great addition to any get together! You won't spend hours in the kitchen or much money to make these Kickin' Jalapeno Poppers. ~Ingredients~ Bacon Wrapped Poppers: Jalapenos Cream Cheese Bacon Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers: Add the following with the above ingredients Tomato Cheddar Cheese Smoked Paprika Salt ~Directions~ Bacon Wrapped Poppers: Cook your bacon and chop it up. Alternately you could use store bought real bacon pieces. Slice the Jalapenos in half long ways. Use a Teaspoon or something similar to remove the seeds and veins from the Jalapeno halves. Fill the hollow jalapeno with cream cheese. Wrap the halved jalapenos with half a strip of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if needed. Place on a baking sheet. Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers: Slice the Jalapeno long ways again, but instead of cutting them in half this time you just want to cut a sliver off of the jalapeno to make a boat or bathtub shaped jalapeno. These will be deeper the the jalapeno halve we used on the Bacon Wrapped Poppers. Remove the seeds and veins just like above. Mix the cream cheese with a couple healthy pinches of shredded cheddar. Seed the tomato and dice up the meat. You don't want all the seeds and juice because it will make your mixture too thin. Add the tomato to the cheese mixture. Add the bacon to the cheese mixture. Add a couple sprinkles of smoked paprika and salt. Mix the cheese mixture well. Stuff the 'boats' with the cheese/bacon mixture and place on a baking sheet. ~Cooking~ No matter which Popper you decide to make, both are cooked for 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven _____________________________________ Be sure to give us a like and subscribe!
