Hi, everyone :) today we'll show you how to make Zesty Lemon Sorbet at home, easy, simply and super fresh. and most important things is there's no ice cream machine needed(so, everyone can do it at home) Hope you enjoy! INGREDIENTS: ( Serves 3-4 ) granulated sugar 125g Water 200g Lemon 3~4, we need 100g juice Yellow Lemon zest 1 Green zest for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Rinse the fruit with cold water. 2. Scrub the fruit with salt. 3. Pour the boiling water over the lemons 4. Dry thoroughly (with a clean paper towel). 5. Graze the skin to take lemon zest. 6. Heat water and the sugar, bring to a boil. 7. Cook for 2 mins then remove from heat. 8. Add lemon zest to syrup and mix well, set aside to cool. 9. Measure out 100g of lemon juice and add to the syrup mixture. 10. Pour into a box, freeze for 1hr until semi-solid. 11. Stir to break up the ice crystals before returning to the freezer. 12. Keep mixing the sorbet once an hour for 4 hours to break up the ice crystals. 13. Freeze over night until firm. 14. Serve scoops of sorbet. Enjoy. #Sorbet #desserts
