This is without doubt the most dangerous bike frame that has appeared on the Hambini Channel. Bowman bicycles and it's designer/MD Neil Webb should be utterly ashamed of putting this out onto the market. This is completely unfit for purpose and was an accident waiting to happen. To make things worse, this bike frame and the brand were marketed heavily by the UK's cycling media which led it to winning a load of awards. Despite this, their have been allegations of fraud (fitting fake wheels), supply problems and finally the company going bust. The individual that sent this bike frame in has probably had a blessing in disguise as every weld examined had a visible defect of some description, the steering bearing assembly was bent and could have seized at any point or failed catastrophically.
