Japanese hamburger steak,Japanese people call it Hambāgu or Hambāgu Steak, is a juicy hamburger steak patty made from ground meat, panko breadcrumbs, and sauteed onions. This time,I chose the Ponzu sauce.Ponzu is a popular sauce used in Japan made of soy sauce and citrus juices. The ponzu sauce permeates the hambagu to add a salty-sweet, tangy taste to every bite. In Japan the hambagu became popular in the 1960s and has since become a favourite home cooked dish.
