Second time baking bread and this time it was a success! I am so proud and happy to add this to the list of things I love baking. I truly recommend you try it, it really is an accomplishment. :) Directions I followed: https://www.feastingathome.com/sourdo... I had 90g of starter (fed with 90g flour & 90g water) when ready to bake the bread, I used 90g starter, 385g water, & 520g flour I appreciate all the support, thank you all!
