Just a few ingredients to make an amazing dinner!    INGREDIENTS 400g (14 oz) potatoes 200g (1 1/2 cup) mushrooms 1 chopped onion 5 eggs 50ml (1/4 cup) milk 100g (1/2 cup) cheese Garlic Salt METHOD Cut the potatoes into squares. In a pan with oil put the potato squares and chopped onion. Fry it and add mushrooms and garlic. In a bowl put the eggs, salt and milk. Mix it. Place the cooked potatoes and mushrooms in a pan. Pour over the egg mixture and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven, add grated cheese and put it back for another 10 minutes.
