Cook sugar in milk. Mix baking powder and salt in flour. Then mix flour mixture in sugar mixture and knead well. Leave for ½ hour. Make balls of batter and roll like tortilla. Cook in oven or tandoor. Tikka Barbecue pasta: Ingredients: Tikka boti (chicken) 1 packet Boiled macaroni ½ packet Capsicum cubes 2 Onion cubes 3 Tomato cubes 3 Oil 5 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Coal 1 piece Cream 1 packet Method: Heat oil fry the garlic. Add chicken tikka boti cubes fry well and remove. Let it cool and cut into small cubes. Again add in pan. Heat coal and keep aside. Add remaining ingredients along with pasta mix well. Give a smoke of coal and remove in a dish. Dumphukt Handi Kofta: Ingredients: Beef minced ½ kg Red chili ½ tsp Ginger 1 tbsp Poppy seeds 2 tbsp All spice 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Onion ground 2 Garlic ½ tsp Roasted chickpea 3 tbsp Mace, nutmeg ½ tsp Oil as required Method: Blend all spices well. Mix in beef well. Grind mince and spices, form into balls. Heat oil add balls and cook on low flame for ½ hour. Dumpkhut is ready.
