Thanks to many of you who have reached out with positive and motivating comments with some requesting me to create basic videos for beginners. Here is my attempt to 'keep it simple and effective'. Easy for me to just record myself exercising but a special shout-out to the video editor and admin behind the scenes - my hubby :-) As I said earlier, recording myself and putting non-dance videos is outside my comfort zone but hey , just hit 40 and that is the age when you stop thinking about 'what others will say and think' and start following your heart. If you believe it will inspire and help even a single soul, then it is worth doing. Before you begin this workout video, please note that I have received fitness training in the past. However, I am not a licensed fitness instructor, and the exercises demonstrated in this video may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult with your doctor or a certified fitness professional before starting any new exercise program. It is important to listen to your body and exercise at your own pace.
