It is a super sweet squash in the Cucurbitaceae family, related to gourds and pumpkins. It is sweeter and the texture is denser than butternut squash. The drier and velvety texture makes this squash sweeter and more special. It is popular in Korea, Japan and some other southeast asian counturies. It is also known as Kabocha in US. Danhobak and Cream Cheese go very well together especially with bread. I often saw some bakeries sell similar bread but always disappointed that the add-ins are not enough inside of bread. So, I took advantage of home baking! I tried putting these delicious add-ins more and evenly. Let's make it together and enjoy fresh and warm bread at home. [ingredients] Levain 80g (Refreshed in advance and prepared in an active, peak stage.)
