Pittsburgh Light Rail has changed a lot since my last visit in 2019. It's no longer Port Authority...it's now Pittsburgh Regional Transit and the Library Blue Line became the Silver Line. In this video, we see trains in and out of First Avenue which sits between the Panhandle Bridge and the Downtown Subway Tunnel on a viaduct. The Bridge and part of the Tunnel actually were part of the Pennsylvania Railroad System and the light rail actually has a branch that traverses the entire old PRR Tunnel to Penn Station whose very lightly used. The station ironically sits on the site of the old B&O Grant Avenue Station which kicked the bucket the same year the trolley tunnel went into service. First Avenue wouldn't see its first train until 2001 however since it was an infill station.
