Saucy Poha Chilli Servings - 4 INGREDIENTS Semolina - 115 grams Curd - 115 grams Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Soaked flattened rice - 50 grams Coriander - 1 tablespoon Corn flour - 2 tablespoons Oil - for shallow frying Oil - 1 tablespoon Garlic - 1 teaspoon Ginger - 1 teaspoon Green chili - 1 teaspoon Bell pepper - 50 grams Onions - 50 grams Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons Red chilli sauce - 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons Water - 60 milliliters Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Corn flour slurry - 60 milliliters Green spring onions - 1 tablespoon Green spring onions - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a bowl, add 115 grams semolina, 115 grams curd, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Whisk well. 2. Cover and rest for 15 minutes. 3. After resting, add 50 grams soaked flattened rice and 1 tablespoon coriander. Mix thoroughly. 4. Take small portions of the mixture, flatten them with your hands, and place them on a plate. 5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons corn flour over the flattened pieces and coat evenly. 6. Heat some oil in pan for shallow frying. Fry the prepared patties until golden brown on all sides. 7. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. 8. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 1 teaspoon green chili. Sauté for 30 seconds. 9. Add 50 grams bell pepper and 50 grams onions. Cook for 1 minute. 10. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons red chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce, and 60 milliliters water. Stir thoroughly. 11. Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well. 12. Add 60 milliliters corn flour slurry and cook for 1 minute until the sauce thickens. 13. Add the fried patties and 1 tablespoon chopped green spring onions. Mix gently and remove from heat. 14. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with green spring onions. 15. Serve hot.
