This is a great barbecue rub, and unlike many recipes out on the web, it's sugar free. WARNING: do not use allulose as a sweetener in this rub. Allulose has a very low browning/caramelization point (below any temp you'd typically smoke at). It's a very straightforward recipe, so long as you make sure to mix one ingredient at a time.
