Here is a 20 minute lower body workout using New Images’ 3-in-1 gym, the FITT Gym. If you don't have a FITT Gym, don’t worry! You can substitute by using your body weight. There are 4 rounds. Perform each exercise and repetitions before moving on to the next. Squats x 20 Lunges x 10/10 Side Lunges x 10/10 Glute Bridges x 20 For more of a challenge, increase reps or sets and decrease rest time.
