After decades of silence and stigma, menopause is finally having its moment. From public figures like Oprah Winfrey and Naomi Watts to a growing wave of open conversations, women are reclaiming this natural life stage and calling for better care and understanding. And yet, even though 1.3 million women in the U.S. enter menopause annually, it remains widely misunderstood despite being a major life transition phase. This Women’s Health Month, joins us on Wednesday, May 28th, for an expert discussion spotlighting femtech hormonal testing innovations, opportunities, and the common myths surrounding peri/menopause and hormonal health. Dinner will be provided, and all are welcome (including men, nonbinary people, and all ages). Speakers: Sophia Yen, MD (MIT’93) Co-Founder of Pandia Health, making women’s lives easier by providing convenient, confidential access to telehealth and medication delivery–from birth control to menopause. Svetlana Kazantseva, CEO & Co-Founder of Strawberry Health, providing personalized, at-home hormone testing to empower women navigating hormonal changes, including perimenopause, with greater insight and clarity. Syvia Kang, MS, MBA, CEO & Co-Founder of Mira, a pioneering women’s health platform that helps users track and understand their hormones at every stage of life, from fertility through menopause. Moderated by Van-Anh Su, Founder of SF Women’s Health Club, a community that empowers women to build sustainable wellness practices through knowledge, encouragement, and joyful gathering.
