Today’s Practice: Tapping I am not a trained practitioner of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), but I have practiced the technique for years, both in individual sessions and guided meditations in The Tapping Solution app. Tapping combines physical input on specific pressure points (I demonstrate on one point, the karate chop point on the side of your hand) with intentional language to help your entire system feel whatever you're feeling with a deeper sense of safety and coherence. If this is brand new to you, I recommend watching the video first to get an idea of how it works, then try it with me or on your own using your own feelings in your practice.
