Barbeque Green Tikka : Ingredients Chicken 1 kg Green chilies ground 20 Coriander leaves ground 1 cup Mint ground ½ cup Ginger garlic 1 tsp Barbeque masala 2 tbsp Papaya 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Yogurt 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Method Put all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix well, marinate chicken pcs in this and leave it for 2 hours, put on flat skewers and bbq, brushing with oil occasionally. Bihari Kabab: Ingredients Undercut beef ½ kg Papaya ground 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Barbeque masala 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 ½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp Yogurt 3 tbsp Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped Oil 2 tbsp Method Marinate beef parchas with papita for an hour, add in all the rest and leave it for an hour rubbing well, put on flat skewers in an in & out style, bbq till done, brushing with oil in the end.
