In this run we take as many ability cooldown reduction perks as possible to spam Grapnels. We use Melta Rifle and Volkite Pistol to synergize with these CD reduction perks. After a diving kick on a Majoris, we followup with a Melta shot and a light attack from power axe and that will put them into execute state due to "Tip of the Spear" increasing ranged damage taken from the target by 15% and "Collateral Damage" increase Diving Kick damage by 50%. Finishing them will trigger Inner Fire CD reduction and give ammo back to Melta with "Decisive Reload". Note that "Decisive Reload" is still bugged and if you have full magazine while not having full clip it will not give ammo back. You must at least be missing 1 ammo in magazine for it to trigger. The reason for choosing Volkite Pistol is because it is great at dealing with cultist and they are usually far away, sometimes even 30 meters away. This will allow you to trigger "Moving Target" perk, which gives 5% ability charge off of ranged kills 30m or more. Killing a whole swarm of cultists from afar can give you a lot of charge back. I do think that 30m is still too close and should be buffed to 25m or more, similar to "Remote Threat" weapon perk. In regards to not taking "Upper Hand", it seems power axe has some form of hyper armor when in power stance and doing power back step, so it lessens the need for no knockback perks. We also use "Combat Readiness" for a passive 20% faster ability recharge speed. This is because "Grim Determination" was nerfed to only take effect when all grapnel charges are on cooldown and the Diving Kick itself does more damage now, so it is just better to be spamming Grapnel more often.
