We hit the canyons to find out which offers the better driving experience and real enthusiast value. 🚗 Vehicles in This Video: 2017 BMW M2 F87 3.0L turbocharged inline-6 365hp 343lb-ft Mods: Aluminum charge pipes Wagner inter cooler Zero tune from MHD 2009 BMW 128i E82 3.0L NA I6 “N54” 230hp 200lb-ft Mods: Active Autowerke catless headers, stock secondary cats, stock resonators, and stock muffler. Euro intake airbox. No real power gains just ease of air filter replacement. Stock 3 stage intake manifold. 135i stock oil cooler setup. 135i front bumper. Remote tuning done by 22RPD up in Renton, Washington. Estimated 240whp/220wtq. MILVS mod. Modified intake valve lift supports. Increased valve lift and duration for intake camshaft. 1M transmission swap. GS6-45BZ. (Trans was swapped as preventative maintenance, I haven’t had good luck with stock subpar transmissions). Turner lightweight flywheel, clutch delay valve deleted, Dinan short shifter, and OEM F10 550i clutch kit. MFactory helical/torsen LSD. 3.73 final drive from an automatic 335i. Stock is 3.23. E82 135i brake system all around with stainless steel brake lines. Complete rear brakes, knuckles, and axles are 135i as well. 1M gauge cluster to gain the oil temperature gauge and a P3 side vent gauge for coolant temp. Suspension is TCKline single adjustable coilover kit with 400lbs/in front springs and 700lbs/in rear springs. Damping is adjusted to max stiffness. Factory top hat holes on chassis are bored out to achieve more camber. E92 M3 front control arms. Powerflex poly bushing inserts in the rear subframe. Kosei K1 17X8.5 ET40 squared on 245/40/17 Falken Azenis RT660. Track setup is 255 on 17x9 squared. 12.5MM spacers in front to clear struts. Alignment is -4 front and -2.2 rear with 0 toe all around.
