Tender cabbage rolls are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hearty cabbage rolls can be taken to work, a picnic, or as a snack. They taste great with sour cream or ketchup. Shred 450g of cabbage. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the cabbage - grate the cabbage with salt and put it in a deep bowl. Finely chop 1 onion (130g). Grate 1 carrot (90g) on a coarse grater. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and put the chopped onion. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the onion. Fry over medium heat until lightly golden. Add grated carrots to the onion - stir. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until the carrots are soft. Put chopped cabbage in the pan - stir. Add 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of salt - stir.Stew the cabbage under the lid on low heat for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to 2 eggs - mix. Pour 1 glass of kefir (240 ml) into the egg mixture. Add 1 teaspoon of soda + 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the kefir - mix.Gradually pour 2 cups of flour (240g) into the kefir-egg mixture - mix. Add cooled stewed cabbage + 1 teaspoon of dried herbs (dill, parsley) to the dough - mix. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and fry the cabbage rolls. Fry on medium heat, on both sides until cooked.
