GET THE FULL RECIPE ►►► you'll need one jar burger sliced pickles Ingredients Dry ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup corn starch 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon Cajun creole seasoning Wet ingredients 1/2 cup buttermilk One egg instructions Heat your oil to 375F. While oil is heating, you can start mixing the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. Take your sliced pickles out of the jar and place them on paper towels. Line them all on a paper towel and get another paper towel and place it on top and put some pressure on top of the pickles to release some of the liquids. This step is essential for making fried pickles so that the batter will not separate while frying or while biting into them after cooled. Next, add in about 3-4 pickles in the flour mixture and coat well. Shake off the excess flour. Next, you will dip them into the buttermilk and make sure they coated with the buttermilk. Drain off the excess buttermilk, and add the pickles back to the dried flour mixture. Shake off excess flour before adding to the oil. Carefully add the pickles to the 375 degrees oil and fry them on both sides for one minute or until golden brown. Remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon or strainer. Let them cool for about 3 minutes and Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce. Dipping sauce for Pickels 1/2 cup of Mayo One tablespoon of Ketchup One tablespoon of Mustard One teaspoon of lemon juice or pickle juice One teaspoon hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 1/4 salt 1/4 pepper 📥 SUBSCRIBE TO BUBBA’S COOKING: shorturl.at/dGZ46 CONNECT WITH BUBBA’S COOKING Web: www.bubbascooking.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/bubbascooking Instagram: www.instagram.com/bubbascookingPinterest: www.pinterest.com/bubbascooking Newsletter: www.bubbascooking.com/newsletter 📩 For business inquiries/sponsorship: eddie@bubbascooking.com ==================== Do you like fried pickles?
