Sorry for the weird sound distortion in the first 3 minutes it's not in the rest of the video, so I have no idea what's going on there :( In the Pantry today, join Tash for some strengthening chair yoga. This chair yoga practice is much stronger than regular sessions, focusing on core and leg strength. There's no need to get down to the floor if you don't want to unless you enjoy the rest at the end using the floor and a chair. Perfect for knee injuries or issues that make floor work impossible or uncomfortable. As with any yoga session, modify to suit your needs wherever you can and subtract any moves you want, to make it your own. Have Fun!
