Here’s a rough outline for you: 7:00am - assemble your dough 7:30am - first stretch and fold 7:50am - second stretch and fold 8:10am - third (and final) stretch and fold Place a wet towel or plastic wrap over the bowl and into the oven with just the light on for warmth. 3:00-4:00pm (or when it has doubled) - remove from the oven and shape into loaf and cover with a towel to let rise in the oven again with the light on. be sure to watch it closely so it doesn’t over-prove 5:00-6:00pm - preheat oven to 450°F for 40 minutes After oven has preheated, place in the oven covered for 45 minutes then remove the cover and bake for 10 minutes (or until your desired color) Recipe I used in this video: https://cochranhomeandkitchen.wordpre...
